Cinderella’s Closet & More of Atlanta Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Organization dedicated to enriching the lives of financially disadvantaged high school students by making their dreams of attending prom and graduation accessible by providing gowns, tuxedos and accessories free of charge, and cultivating them in the areas of positive self-image, life-skills training, health, beauty, fitness , nutrition and counseling, all of which will foster a brighter future for them. 

 A Special Tribute

 On June 7, 2009, a precious friend, mentor, spiritual mother, and an all-around wonderful woman left this earth to be with her Lord. While she was here on this earth Sis Bernice touched so many lives, including mine. Sis Bernice, as we often called her, was a well respected woman. I honestly cannot think of anyone who had an unkind word to say about her. When I think of Sis Bernice I think about love, peace and kindness beyond measure. She inspired me with her attitude of service and humility. Looking back on my journey in life so far, I truly believe that God allowed our paths to cross. I thought it fitting that I honor her since she truly set the bar very high for anyone who knew her.  I love the type of person she was, and I miss her dearly.  That why I will be starting a scholarship fund in her name this will be another service offered by  Cinderella’s Closet & More of Atlanta Inc. to assist deserving graduating high school seniors modeling this spirit of service and dedication within their own community while they seek a higher education.
